Regina Coll lives and writes in the metro DC area. Her work appears in Lines & Stars, 2 River View, The Cloud Appreciation Society, The Kent Collector as well as other print and online journals. She is the poet/webmaster for The Bathroom Poetry Project, which promotes poetry in non-traditional spaces.

In answer to our question of why she writes, Regina responded:

“I write to help me remember things I’ve seen, done, thought, or heard (because of a terrible memory). My motivation comes from my experience, and from twisting that experience into new forms-I want to avoid ‘sameness’ because I find that type of work unattractive and uninteresting.”
