Eros and the Average Path

(Glory addressing the cell)

So, you’ll have 120 days to work it all out and there’s not too much wrong you can do.
This place is at the midpoint,
tools are in the bag, and a manual here—

your references include:
the smallest bodies, dissected in the index
magnified, listed, specified on functional levels—how-they-do-what-they-do & why,
they are difficult to manipulate, but are resilient and thrive on exchange,
                      they are noisy
                                boisterous and precise,
                      they are a carousel.
The peculiarities here may move you deeply, as death and life / black and white
                                are offered flatly.

And of course, if you have time you can turn you gaze outward
to access the larger structures.
These categories, these collections, these maps and content tables
            suggest, provide only a hint.
It would be good for you to see them try, they try so very hard you know,
                      they spend their existence trying.
Energy gifted to them is funneled, it does not radiate,
and this labor (these tasks), not always yielding purchase.
Be careful, be considerate,              be kind around their confusion.

So best of luck,
your ruddy nature serves the work of Eros (that questionable fellow* HA! ),
and your individuality, your self-discrimination is all really quite relative—
because the work provides—welcome.

*Eros is a questionable fellow and will always remain so . . .
[The Eros Theory," Carl Jung, 7, par. 32.]
