Jim Lind is a student at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia . Now getting his BFA in Photography, Jim is interested in telling stories of hope and mystery with his imagery in hopes that his work becomes a tool to inspire others. He has a need to create new work that visually excites the imagination much in the same way a book does. While a picture may be worth 1,000 words, Jim believes "a great picture escapes words and enters the imagination." He will continue his artistic endeavors as an intern with photographer Annie Leibovitz in New York City during the winter of 2009.
