Sally Albiso has a master's degree in English with a writing emphasis and her poems have appeared in Tidepools, Tamafyhr Mountain Poetry, and Pontoon 7 and 8. She received honorable mention in the 2005 William Stafford Award and first place in the 2004 Tidepools contest. In November, Floating Bridge Press nominated her poem "Questioning Light" for a Pushcart Prize. Sally resides on the North Olympic Peninsula, ten miles west of Port Angeles.
