Traci Brimhall was born in Minnesota, raised mostly in the Southeast, but currently resides in New York City where she caters to support her poetry. She is also currently enrolled at the MFA program for Poetry at Sarah Lawrence College.

“Poetry, as well as all art, is as sinister as Coca-Cola. You take it and drink, thinking you are thirsty, but the more you consume, the thirstier you become. I would stop writing poetry (and drinking Coke) if I knew how, but I love them both and stay thirsty.”
