Brittany Perham lives in San Francisco where she is a Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University. Her first collection of poems, The Curiosities (Free Verse Editions) will be available in November 2011. Her recent work may be found in TriQuarterly, Drunken Boat, and Lo-Ball. She writes because she has no other choice.
